Attractions design, production and fit-out business Paragon Entertainment announced a new partnership on Friday, with Latvia-based museums, attractions and heritage-based projects designer H2E.

The AIM-traded firm said it would represent H2E in the UK, and H2E would represent Paragon's bespoke attractions design, development and build offer across Latvia, the Baltic states, the Commonwealth of Independent States and Scandinavia.

Paragon said the agreement would allow it increased access to businesses in the region, local trades and materials, and trading licences for projects.

H2E would benefit from Paragon's sales, marketing and presence in the UK and Western Europe, it said.

"As most projects require local understanding, representation on the ground is an important strategic step to drive sales and growth in new areas of the world," said Paragon CEO Mark Pyrah.

"We chose to work with H2E due to the quality of their work, their in-depth knowledge of the region and strong existing client base," he added.

Paragon said it had a limited presence in the aforementioned countries, and its 2016 objective was to increase its representation base around the world so as to attract and find new projects in new regions.
