Patagonia Gold agrees to 45 day extension on Calcatreu Option Agreement

Patagonia Gold has agreed to a 45 day extension on the Calcatreu Option Agreement.

The Option Agreement, signed on 24 April 2017, with Pan American Silver over the Calcatreu project in the Province of Rio Negro was due to expire on 24 October 2017 but both parties agreed to extend the arrangement and it was now due to expire on 8 December 2017.

Patagonia Gold said it would continue to evaluate the project and expected to take a decision on whether to exercise the option on or before the option expiration date.
