Paul Turner, finance director at Samuel Heath, dies

Paul Turner, the financial director of faucet and shower manufacturer Samuel Heath, died on Thursday after a short illness.

Chairman Samuel Heath said: "We are all deeply saddened by the news of Paul's sudden death and all the sympathies and thoughts of the board and employees are with his family at this time.

“On behalf of my colleagues we would like to pay tribute to Paul, a highly valued colleague."

The AIM listed company said that other members of staff will resume the responsibilities of financial director in the interim.

Shares in Samuel Heath were down 2.70% to 270p at close.
