PeerTV confirms talks with Digitek loan note holders

PeerTV noted the big jump in its shares on Friday and confirmed it has commenced preliminary discussions regarding a debt to equity conversion with key loan note holders of Digitiek SMT Assemblies Limited.

The company, which currently owns 64.12% of Digitek, said discussions are at an early stage and no definitive terms have been agreed, nor can there be any certainty that such an agreement will be reached.

PeerTV added that any agreement may see PeerTV's interest in Digitek being materially reduced.

At 1405 BST, PeerTV shares were 148% higher at 0.0310p.
