Prospex Oil and Gas begins spudding at Romanian based Bainet-1 Well

Prospex Oil and Gas confirmed on Monday that the Bainet-1 Well at the EIV-1 Suceava Concession, onshore Romania, in which the company has a 50% interest, spudded at approximately 3.30pm on 10 November 2017.

The investment company said the Well was targeting the Bainet Prospect, which lies on trend with like fields producing from good quality Salmatian reservoirs on the concession besides analogue gas fields which produce conventional high-calorific value natural gas from the nearby Bilca gas production area.

Drilling at Bainet was expected to take 15 days.
