Red Rock Resources sells down its Goldstone holding

Red Rock Resources announced a partial sell-down of its holding in Goldstone Resources on Tuesday, less than six months after it took up the shares.

The AIM-traded firm had participated in a placing by GRL on 28 July, in which it acquired 3,857,400 shares at 2.5p apiece for a 9.65% share in the company.

It confirmed on Tuesday that it has disposed of 1,350,000 shares in GRL for net proceeds of £15,625.

“Following these disposals, Red Rock's holding in GRL consists of 8,113,986 shares or 7.93% of GRL's issued share capital,” its board said in a statement.
