Repeat business and new lines a winner for Churchill China
Hospitality ceramics manufacturer Churchill China has made “good progress” against its objectives in the year-to-date, its shareholders heard on Thursday.
The AIM-traded firm said trading since its preliminary results announcement in March was ahead of the comparable period last year, with the board telling its annual general meeting that it remained confident that its full-year performance would be in line with expectations.
“We have made further progress in Europe and other export markets and UK sales continue to be supported by good levels of repeat business from our established customer base,” said chairman Alan McWalter.
“New product introductions, an important part of our performance improvement in recent years, have been well received.”
