Rotala has purchased OFJ Connections’ Heathrow operations for £1.3m.

The AIM-listed transport company announced the deal on Friday, which is estimated to have revenues of approximately £5.5m.

OFJ deals with the movement of crew for a large number of airlines from their aircraft to their hotels and other destinations, including Gatwick airport.

Rotala plans to fully integrate the business with its existing business in the Heathrow area.

As part of the agreement, it will also acquire a vehicle fleet valued at £0.65m, but has not assumed any other assets or liabilities.
