Scientific Digital Imaging ending year in line with expectations
Scientific and technology products manufacturer Scientific Digital Imaging updated the market on its trading for the 12 months to 30 April on Friday.
The AIM-traded firm said reported profits before tax were expected to be in line with management's expectations.
Its latest acquisition, Astles Control Systems, was expected to be making a contribution to the profits of the group.
“We have once again strengthened the group with the recent acquisition and are pleased with the positive contribution from Astles Control Systems,” said chairman Ken Ford.
“This is a business model we plan to continue to replicate in order to grow a diversified company with increasing revenue streams.”
Scientific Digital Imaging said the final results for the year to 30 April would be released in July.
