ServicePower secures deal with Canada-based Kambio

Workforce management software company ServicePower Technologies announced a new contract win on Monday, securing a deal with Canada-based preventative auto maintenance services firm Kambio for its Nexus FS Field Service Management software.

The AIM-traded firm said Kambio has also joined its partner ecosystem as a reseller of Nexus FS within the automotive industry.

ServicePower’s board said the product provides Kambio with software-as-a-service (SaaS) field service management capabilities, including customer and work order management, inventory management, dispatching, asset tracking and time cards.

The enterprise-level mobile dispatch tool, based on the ServiceMobility platform, will provide Kambio with a configurable mobile application to ensure field automotive technicians have the information required for each consumer and their vehicle, as well as the information and tools to complete contracts services in a single visit, the board explained.

“Kambio represents further adoption of our new Nexus FS SaaS-based field service management software, as well as further growth into the automotive and North American market,” said ServicePower CEO Marne Martin.

“Nexus FS will improve service delivery operations for Kambio and further extend ServicePower's reach into the sector through our resale relationship,” Martin added.
