Sopheon expects revenues to be 'comfortably in line' with upgraded guidance
Software provider Sopheon expects full-year revenues to be "comfortably in line" with upgraded market expectations after a solid fourth quarter performance.
Sopheon, which noted in a trading update on 8 October that its record third quarter performance had taken revenue visibility for 2018 above $30m, told investors on Friday that it had seen a continued strong commercial delivery in the final months of the year.
The AIM-listed outfit said: "Accordingly, we expect that revenue for the year ended 31 December 2018 will be comfortably in line with the already upgraded market expectations, and early indications are for a stronger outperformance at the EBITDA and pre-tax profit levels."
Sopheon also highlighted its newly minted partnership with confectionary giant The Hershey Company, announced earlier in the week, as being evidence of its gaining market share.
As of 0835 GMT, Sopheon shares had slumped 6.18% to 1,252.50p.
