Directa Plus names Giorgio Bonfanti as CFO

Graphene nanoplatelets products producer Directa Plus has appointed a new chief financial officer in Giorgio Bonfanti.

Directa said on Friday that Bonfanti will be taking up his new position on 31 May and depart his current role at PriceWaterhouseCoopers' office in Milan.

Chief executive Giulio Cesareo said: "We are very pleased to welcome Giorgio to Directa. He is a highly competent and driven young man who will bring a wealth of relevant experience to the role as the Company pursues its next phase of growth."

As of 1330 BST, Directa shares were up 2.23% at 105.30p.
