Starcom confirms AGM for 30 May

Remote tracking, monitoring and protection wireless solutions developer Starcom confirmed on Monday that it has posted to shareholders its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2016.

The AIM-traded company also confirmed the notice of its annual general meeting.

“[The AGM] is to be held at the offices of Peterhouse Corporate Finance, New Liverpool House, London on 30 May at 1100 BST,” the board said in its announcement.
