Ten Lifestyle upgrades contract with Latin America bank

Loyalty platform provider Ten Lifestyle Group announced on Thursday that a concierge programme for the premium cardholders of an issuing bank in Latin America was being upgraded.

The AIM-traded firm had announced on 9 August that it won a competitive tender with an existing global client to launch a digitally-enabled concierge programme for the premium cardholders of the unnamed bank.

It had expected that the new deal would represent a ‘medium’ contract in 2023.

“Member engagement with the new programme has exceeded expectations, leading to an additional commitment from the corporate client to expand the programme, including paid-for customised content and assets, to further drive their customer loyalty objectives,” the board said on Thursday.

“It is now expected that the programme will represent a ‘large’ contract in 2023.”

At 1121 GMT, shares in Ten Lifestyle Group were up 5.16% at 47.85p.
