Ten Lifestyle wins new contract with Visa

AIM-listed Ten Lifestyle, a technology-enabled lifestyle and travel platform, has won a new, additional contract with Visa to provide concierge services to its high and ultra-high-net-worth clients as part of its Visa Infinite and Visa Signature affluent card concierge programmes.

The service will be rolled out in Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with the transitioning process having already commenced. Ten will provide members with a digitally-enabled, premium travel and lifestyle concierge service, including access to unique offers, benefits, and localised events among other services. It will be available in English, Russian, French and Arabic.

The additional contract is expected have annual net revenue of between £250,000 and £2m.

Chief executive officer Alex Cheatle said: "We are delighted to extend our strategic partnership with Visa globally, which incorporates significant service delivery in USA, LAC and now CEMEA region. We are excited to be launching the Ten digital platform in these new markets and to see the additional engagement and adoption this will drive."

At 1245 GMT, the shares were up 3.2% to 159.90p.
