Tern was celebrating success at one of its investee companies on Thursday, with policy and device driven security firm Device Authority named the UK’s Most Innovative Small Cyber Security Company by techUK’s Cyber Connect programme and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.
The AIM-traded firm said Device Authority won the award after a pitch in front of a live audience at this year’s InfoSecurity Europe event, and was chosen by a panel of experts chaired by Dr Alison Vincent, CTO UK and Ireland at Cisco.
“We are excited to have won this award and to showcase our IoT security solutions at InfoSecurity Europe 2016,” said Device Authority vice-president of sales Remco Postma.
“We are confident our mission to enable customers to unlock the power of the Internet of Things in a secure and safe manner will prevail among the enterprise security industry.
“We are here to help when organisations begin their move into the IoT,” he added.
