ThinkSmart issued an update on its management situation on Thursday, having announced on 15 March that the board had accepted the resignation of CEO Fernando de Vicente.

The AIM-traded firm said at the time that de Vicente was due to leave the business on 30 June.

β€œIt has since been agreed, by mutual consent, that Mr de Vicente will leave the company on 30 April,” its board said on Thursday.

β€œA successor is expected to be announced in due course; in the meantime ThinkSmart will continue to be led by its founder and executive chairman, Ned Montarello.”
