Vela Technologies confirms THEVIBE Ltd raises c.£600,000

Vela Technologies has confirmed that THEVIBE Ltd's funding round via Crowdcube funding has raising a total of £608,890. THEVIBE Ltd trades as Vibe Tickets.

Vela said it invested £200,000 in Vibe Tickets as part of this funding round.

After completion of the funding round, Vela holds 428,346 shares in Vibe Tickets, equating to a 3.63% equity stake.

At 12:16 GMT, shares in Vela were flat at 0.16p each.
