Venture Life Group on Thursday updated investors on a slew of recently signed distribution agreements concerning newly acquired Dentyl and progress with its UltraDex brand in Asia.

A 10-year distribution agreement for Dentyl was made with Irish retail distribution company Eurosales International, which will launch the product in Ireland and Northern Ireland in the first quarter of next year, while the brand also partnered with Collis William to take on the Maltese market.

In the UK, Amazon and Ocado will launch both Dentyl mouthwashes and BB Mints in November and December, while the brand’s first advertising campaign since 2015 will hit outdoor digital displays in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Leeds for three weeks this month.

Jerry Randall, chief executive of Venture Life, said: "I am delighted with the commercial progress of the company over the last few months, in particular, with the recent international deals on the Dentyl brand. In addition to this, the UltraDex brand continues to develop in our hands, both in the UK and internationally, demonstrating the strength of our commercial platform to grow the brand."

The AIM-traded company said its existing distribution partners for Dentyl in China have agreed to a Chinese launch for its UltraDex low abrasion toothpaste in the fourth quarter.

Deals for UltraDex have also been netted in Malta and Ireland, with the toothpaste is set to launch in Dubai in the first quarter of 2019 after receiving registration approval.

Finally, successful product launches in Israel will be followed by a first quarter launch of mental performance monitor NeuroAge in Greece, where Venture Life has partnered with Bennett Pharmaceutical.

Venture Life’s shares were down 0.98% at 50.50p at 0838 GMT.
