Volga Gas lifts average daily output in April by c.32%

Volga Gas lifted its average production in April to 7533 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd), up about 32% from March's average output of 5706 boepd.

"In April 2017, average gas processing capacity was back to its normal level whereas seasonal disruptions to transportation of oil from the Uzen field continued to take place," said Volga.

Its average production for the January-April period of 2017 was 7341 boepd.

At about 13:53 BST, shares in AIM-quoted Volga were upo 3.36% to 61.5p each.
