AIM-listed luxury interior furnishings group Walker Greenbank has received a further interim insurance payment of £2.025m following last year's flood at its fabric printing factory in Lancaster, Standfast & Barracks.

The company, whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Anthology, said this latest payment, in respect of damage to business assets and loss of profits, adds to the insurance payments already received of £12.05m in its ongoing claim following the flood in December.

A further associated insurance payment of £225,000 is expected shortly ahead of further payments to be received in due course under the company's policy, which covers flood damage and business interruption until December 2017.

Walker Greenbank said full production has returned to Standfast & Barracks and the restocking of printed fabrics at its Milton Keynes warehouse is almost complete.

At 1250 BST, the shares were down 0.7% to 204.15p.
