YOLO makes further investment in Audioboom

YOLO Leisure and Technology announced on Thursday that it participated in the recent placing by Audioboom Group, one of its five investee companies.

The AIM-traded firm said the investment was for a further 1,840,000 ordinary shares at 2.5, equating to £46,260.

“These shares bring the company's total shareholding in Audioboom to 5,340,000 ordinary shares, and thereby reduces the blended price of YOLO's investment in Audioboom,” its board said in a statement.
