ECB maintains refinancing rate at 0.05%

The European Central Bank has, as expected, maintained the refinancing rate at 0.05%.

President Mario Draghi is giving a press conference at 1:30 BST to offer more background on the decision.

Markets are expected to pay particular attention to what he has to say about quantitative easing and the Greek crisis.
