S&P downgrades Finland's long-term sovereign debt rating to AA+ from AAA

Ratings agency Standard&Poor's (S&P) has downgraded Finland's long-term sovereign debt rating by one notch to AA+.

After S&P's decision there are now only two countries in the Eurozone remaining with a AAA score, the highest available rating, Germany and Luxembourg.

The outlook on the country's rating is now 'stable'.
