Five-night 'Brexit tour' of London offered for $5995

Discerning American holidaymakers were treated to a special offer on Monday, as one newspaper advertised a five-night stay in London specifically tailored towards Brexit enthusiasts.
The 'Brexit Means Brexit' holiday tour offered by the New York Times is selling for just under $6000, with adventurous US sightseers getting a front-row seat of the large-scale political divisions that have enveloped Britain around the referendum campaign last June.
The advertisement, which was published on Monday, beckons potential tourists to embark on the six-day, five-night tour, so they can "examine the historic implications of a historic vote", while also including "a typical pub lunch and a pint at a local pub frequented by members of parliament".
Visitors will be accompanied by the newspaper’s local experts, including London bureau chief Steven Erlanger, who will give an insight into the politicians, journalists and historians who were involved throughout the various aspects of the Brexit process.
As the UK government prepares to enters into negotiations with the EU over the coming months to decide the final outcome of Britain’s exit from the bloc, American tourists will be taken on an itinerary that include visits to Westminster and Downing Street, while guests will also sample a "traditional afternoon tea complete with scones and clotted cream."
They will also tour the Supreme Court, where the Article 50 Brexit Appeal was decided, and a walking tour through the Square Mile, where they can "admire how London has attracted global firms and banks and led to a wealth of new buildings, including the colloquially known Gherkin, Cheesegrater and Walkie Talkie".
