Sweett Group CFO to step down

Sweett Group has confirmed its chief financial officer Patrick Sinclair will be stepping down.
In a statement on Friday, the AIM-listed independent business provider of professional services for construction and infrastructure projects said Sinclair would be stepping down from the board in "due course."
In the interim, Sinclair has agreed to remain with the company until an orderly handover has been completed.
Chief executive Douglas McCormick said: "I would like to thank Patrick for his considerable contribution to Sweett Group over the last three and a half years.
“He has actively participated in the successful delivery of a number of strategic objectives for the group, and has been instrumental in managing the financial performance of the business. We wish him every success for the future."
At 1555GMT, Sweett Group share price was down 3.23% or 0.75p at 22.5p.
