Atlas Mara directors up stake as share buyback continues

Atlas Mara Limited’s directors are buying shares to increase their stake in the company.

The company is continuing on its share buyback programme, with its latest purchase of 20,000 placed in treasury.

However, a number of directors have taken the opportunity to increase their stake.

Chief executive John Vitalo, chief financial officer Arina McDonald and directors Robert Diamond and Ashish Thakkar all increased their interest in the outfit.

The biggest purchase came from Diamond who purchased 7,230 shares for $39,765 (£26,373).

He now holds a 2.44% stake in the company.
