Director dealings: Allied Minds non-exec buys 0.5m shares

Intellectual property commercialisation company Allied Minds was in the green on Monday afternoon, after one of its non-executive directors bought almost half a million shares.

The firm said Bruice Failing bought 101,400 shares last Thursday, 27 October, and 276,500 between 20 and 26 October.

On 27 October, he bought 101,400 shares in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange, at a price of 9.89 US cents each, spending a total of $10,028.46.

He purchased 56,000 shares in a single transaction on 26 October, for 10.4 cents apiece, valuing that day’s investments at $5,284.00.

On 25 October he made two transactions, buying 88,109 shares for 10.79 cents each and 41,000 shares for 10.4 cents apiece.

That made the day’s haul of 129,109 shares worth a total of $13,770.34.

Finally, on 20 October Failing made another two transactions, paying 11.32 cents for each of 87,500 shares and 10.8 cents apiece for a further 3,891 shares.

The 91,391 shares he bought on that day were thus worth $10,325.04 in aggregate.

At the close on Monday, shares in Allied Minds were up 1.82% at 8.4p.
