Director dealings: Atome Energy deputy chairman raises stake

Atome revealed on Wednesday that deputy chairman Richard Day had acquired 17,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed energy firm.

Day, who also acts as chairman of Eden Geothermal, purchased the shares at an average price of 75.0p each, for a total value of £12,750.

Following the transaction, Day has a beneficial interest in 77,416 ordinary Atome shares, representing approximately 0.16% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1650 BST, Atome shares were down 0.26% at 73.31p.
