Director dealings: D4t4 Solutions COO makes share sale

D4t4 Solutions revealed on Tuesday that chief operating officer Mark Boxall had sold 130,552 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed data company.

Boxall, who exercised options over 166,667 shares earlier in the day, sold the shares on Monday at an average price of 285.0p each, for a total value of £372,073.19.

Back in December, D4t4 announced two new, "significant" contract upgrades in the financial services sector for its Celebrus customer data platform.

D4t4 said the contract upgrades would add a further £3.5m to revenue in the current financial year, and bring the total added to second-half revenue from recent contract successes to £9.0m.

As of 1620 GMT, D4t4 shares were untraded at 285.0p.
