Director dealings: Diploma CFO makes share purchase

Diploma revealed on Monday that chief financial officer Chris Davies had acquired 3,824 ordinary shares on the FTSE 100-listed technical products and services business.

Davies, who joined the board of Diploma in November 2022, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 3,546.0p each, for a total value of £135,599.04.

The shares were acquired with an amount equal to 50% of Davies' annual bonus, net of tax thereon, which was awarded for the 2023 trading year.

As of 1625 GMT, Diploma shares were down 1.07% at 3,524.0p.
