Director dealings: Fulham Shore MD effects transfer, Chaarat chair's firm widens stake
Fulham Shore managing director Nabil Mankarious was at the top of both the buying and selling sides of the ledger on Wednesday.
The restaurant operator said Mankarious simultaneously sold and purchased 1.17 million shares in order to effect a share transfer.
It said the shares were both sold and purchased for 17p apiece, making for total transaction values of £0.2m in both cases.
Fulham Shore said Mankarious’ interest in the company had not changed as a result of the transactions.
Chaarat Gold, meanwhile, reported three share purchases in recent days, all connected with its chairman Martin Andersson.
The AIM-traded firm said Labro Investments bought 20,000 shares at 20p each on 22 December, followed by 120,000 shares at 19.83p each on 23 December, and 160,000 shares for 19.88p each on Christmas Eve.
Chaarat confirmed that Andersson owns the majority of shares in Labro Investments, adding that following the recent purchases, it holds 44.17% of the company.
The company said the combined holding of Labro and Martin Andersson was now 311,485,635 shares, representing 45.18% of its issued share capital.
At 1553 GMT, shares in the Fulham Shore were up 4.86% at 17.83p, while those in Chaarat Gold Holdings were ahead 0.65% at 19.5p.
