Director dealings: Future CEO makes £233k purchase, Kosmos chair vests and sells

Future was at the top of the buyers’ list on Thursday, after it disclosed a near-quarter-of-a-million pound purchase by its chief executive officer.

The FTSE 250 publisher said CEO Zillah Byng-Thorne had bought 7,427 shares in a market transaction, at a price of 3,142p each.

That valued the deal at £233,356.34.

On the sellers’ side of the ledger, Kosmos Energy said its chairman and chief executive officer had offloaded more than half-a-million dollars of shares, after vesting a number of options at the end of January.

The London-listed firm said Andrew Inglis vested 250,209 shares and was granted 264,000, before selling 154,839 shares.

It said he sold them for 433 US cents each, netting the CEO $552,859.62 in the process.
