Director dealings: GlobalData CEO makes over-£7m sale

Shares in GlobalData were in the green on Friday, after its chief executive officer sold more than £7m worth of shares.

The AIM-traded firm said Michael Danson sold 750,000 shares on Wednesday, in a transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

He sold each share for 1,040p, netting him a total of £7,799,999.71.

At 1303 BST, shares in GlobalData were up 2.16% at 1,057.4p.
