Director dealings: Hilton Food chair makes £1.2m sale, Northbridge director's firm invests

Northbridge Industrial Services was at the top of the list of director buys on Thursday, after disclosing two purchases linked to a non-executive director.

The AIM-traded firm said Harwood Capital Management Gibraltar bought 86,500 shares in the first transaction for 182p each, for a total of £157,430.00.

After that, it purchased 10,000 shares for 190p apiece, making that transaction worth £19,000.00.

Northbridge confirmed in its disclosure that its non-executive director Nicholas Mills is also a director of Harwood Gibraltar.

On the other side of things, Hilton Food Group reported a sale made by its chairman worth £1.2m.

The FTSE 250 company said Robert Watson sold 100,000 of his shares for 1,200p each, netting him a total of £1,200,000.
