Director dealings: Ideagen chairman lowers stake

Ideagen revealed on Friday that chairman David Hornsby had disposed of 2.58m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software firm.

Hornsby, who took over as chairman in 2018, sold the shares on Thursday at an average price of 288.84p each, for a total value of £7.47m.

In addition to the sale, Hornsby also transferred 1.53m ordinary shares to his wife for nil consideration.

Back in January, Ideagen reported a first-half performance in line with market expectations, as its revenue increased 7% to £29.2m.

As of 1640 GMT, Ideagen shares were down 1.18% at 292.50p.
