Director dealings: Impax CFO makes share sale

Impax Asset Management Group revealed on Wednesday that chief financial officer Charlie Ridge had offloaded 66,666 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed specialist investor.

Ridge, who was a part of Deutsche Bank's finance division prior to joining Impax, sold the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 710.00p each, for a total value of £473,328.59.

Earlier in the month, longtime chairman Keith Falconer announced his intention to stand down from Impax, with the group then naming Sally Bridgeland as his successor.

As of 1645 GMT, Impax shares were down 0.55% at 722.0p.
