Director dealings: Induction Healthcare chairman makes share purchase

Induction Healthcare revealed on Monday that chairman Christopher Samler had acquired 266,667 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed digital health platform operator.

Samler, who was appointed as non-executive chairman of the group in June 2022, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 22.50p each, for a total value of £60,000.07.

As of 1555 GMT, Induction shares were up 1.38% at 22.81p.
