Director dealings: JTC chair makes purchase, Audioboom bosses exercise and sell options

JTC was at the top of the buyers’ list on Friday, disclosing a near-£0.1m purchase made by its chairman on 1 February.

The FTSE 250 professional services firm said non-executive chair Michael Liston bought 12,655 shares for 786.21p each on the London Stock Exchange.

That meant the transaction, which was made two days before a positive full-year trading update, was worth £99,495.23.

JTC said that following the purchase, Liston held 45,452 of its shares, representing 0.03% of its issued capital.

On the selling side of things, Audioboom reported that its chief executive officer Stuart Last exercised options over 25,000 shares on 3 February.

The AIM-traded podcast producer and distributor said he subsequently sold 20,000 shares at an average price of 1,722.07p each, and retained 5,000 shares.

As a result, Last's holding in the company increased to 27,417 shares, representing 0.17% of its issued capital.

He also held options to subscribe for a further 252,000 shares.

Audioboom also said its chief financial officer Brad Clarke exercised options over 25,000 shares, also on 3 February.

Like Last, Clark sold 20,000 shares at an average price of 1,722.07p each, and retained 5,000 shares.

Following that, Clarke's holding in the company was 5,000 shares, representing 0.03% of its issued share capital.

He also held options to subscribe for a further 210,000 shares.
