Director dealings: Judges Scientific CEO lowers stake

Judges Scientific revealed on Tuesday that chief executive David Cicurel had disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed group.

Cicurel, who founded the group in 2002, sold the shares at an average price of 6,300.0p each, for a total value of £3.15m.

Following the transaction, Cicurel holds 659,460 shares in the group, representing approximately 10.47% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1625 GMT, Judges shares were down 0.31% at 6,360.0p.
