Director dealings: Keywords director lowers stake

Keywords Studios revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Giorgio Guastalla had disposed of 3.0m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed firm.

Guastalla, who founded the company in 1998, sold the shares at an average price of 2,800.0p each, for a total value of £84.0m.

Earlier in April, the video games industry technical services provider Studio said acquired UK-based business Climax Studios.

Keywords stated the acquisition would bring "significant additional scale" to its largest service line, game development, and further its strategy to become the "go to" technical and creative services platform for the global video games industry.

As of 1620 BST, Keywords shares were down 3.46% at 2,846.0p.
