Director dealings: Learning Technolgies director offloads 1.3m shares

Learning Technologies revealed on Friday that non-executive director Leslie-Ann Reed has disposed of 1.3m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed digital learning services provider.

Reed, the former CFO of online auctioneer Go Industry, sold the shares last Friday at an average price of 125p each, for a total value of £1.65m.

Back in January, Learning Technologies updated the market on its trading for 2019, saying it was expecting group revenues to be up around 38% to £130m.

LTG said recurring revenues increased to around 73% of total revenues, from 68%, driven by “strong” ongoing performance in the software and platforms division, a full-year contribution from ‘PeopleFluent’ and ‘Watershed’, and the acquisition of ‘BreezyHR’ in April.

As of 1635 BST, LTG shares were down 3.26% at 124.13p.
