Director dealings: Lombard Odier invests in Seeing Machines, Safestore director buys shares

Driver monitoring technology company Seeing Machines made two disclosures on Wednesday, after an entity linked to a non-executive director made a number of purchases.

The firm said that on 26 June, Lombard Odier Asset Management Europe (LOAME) picked up three million shares for 5.41p each.

On 27 June, it then purchased 200,000 shares for 5.46p apiece on one transaction, and in a second transaction it purchased one million shares, also at a price of 5.46p each.

Following the transactions, Seeing Machines said LOAME held 639,327,965 shares, representing 15.4% of its issued share capital.

The company said LOAME is an entity closely associated with its non-executive director Michael Brown.

Elsewhere, Safestore Holdings disclosed that the self-invested pension plan of director Ian Krieger bought 12,260 shares in a single transaction in London on 27 June,

The company said Krieger paid 832p for each share.

At the close on Wednesday, shares in Seeing Machines were up 0.19% at 5.41p, while those in Safestore Holdings were 2.22% firmer at 850p.
