Director dealings: Lombard Odier ups stake in Seeing Machines

Driver monitoring technology company Seeing Machines announced the purchase of 350,000 shares on Tuesday, by Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) Limited.

The firm, which installs infrared eye-tracking technology in vehicles to ensure drivers are alert, said the shares were sold at 10.6p each, making for a total transaction value of £37,100.

Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) is controlled by the Swiss-registered LO Holding SA - a holding company of Geneva-based banking group Lombard Odier.

Seeing Machines’ non-executive director Michael Brown, identified by the company as being “closely associated” in its announcement, is a portfolio manager for Lombard Odier’s 1798 Volantis operation.

Following the purchase, Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) had an interest in 694,756,762 shares in Seeing Machines, representing 16.7% of the company’s issued share capital.

At 1547 GMT, shares in Seeing Machines were down 0.12% at 10.45p.
