Director dealings: Renalytix AI interim chairman makes share sale

Renalytix AI revealed on Tuesday that interim chairman Christopher Mills had disposed of 17,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed artificial intelligence firm.

Mills, who founded Harwood Capital Management in 2011, sold the shares on Friday via his interest in Harwood Capital and Harwood Capital Management at an average price of 1,135.29p each, for a total value of £192,999.99.

Following the sale, Mills retains an interest in 9.18m ordinary shares in the firm, representing 12.74% of Renalytix's current issued share capital.

As of 1645 BST, Relaytix AI shares were down 5.98% at 1,100.0p.
