Director dealings: RHI Magnesita CEO raises stake

RHI Magnesita revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Stefan Borgas had acquired 2,515 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed refractory products supplier.

Borgas, who took over as CEO in 2017, purchased the shares at an average price of 3,134.86p each, for a total value of £78,841.80.

Also on Tuesday, RHI Magnesita said demand was still strong for both its steel and industrial businesses in the September quarter, with its raw material assets and refractory plants operating at high capacity utilisation, and order book visibility extending into the first quarter of 2022.

As of 1625 BST, RHI shares were up 7.99% at 236.0p.
