Director dealings: Sigma Capital's new chair snaps up shares

Sigma Capital revealed on Wednesday that chairman Ian Sutcliffe had purchased 760,000 ordinary shares in the property investment firm.

Sutcliffe, the former Countryside Properties head who took over as chair just yesterday, acquired the shares on Tuesday at an average price 86.2p each, for a total value of £655,119.97.

Sigma also announced that Sutcliffe was granted options over one million ordinary shares of 1p each.

As of 1635 BST, Sigma shares were up 0.93% at 87p.
