Director dealings: Sirius Real Estate CEO ups stake

Sirius Real Estate revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Andrew Coombs had acquired 760,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed diversified property firm.

Coombs, who joined the Sirius Facilities Group in January 2010, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 131.19p each, for a total value of £997,044.01.

On Monday, Sirius posted a 25.7% improvement in its first-half profit before tax to €78.2m and also announced the acquisition of the company that holds the UK-focussed BizSpace business for £245.0m.

As of 1625 GMT, Sirius shares were up 1.87% at 142.0p.
