Director dealings: SSP chief executive buys £0.11m of shares

Travel caterer SSP Group disclosed a purchase made by its chief executive officer on Thursday, worth over £0.11m.

The FTSE 250 owner of brands including Upper Crust said Patrick Coveney bought 50,000 shares on Tuesday.

Coveney paid 228.51p for each share, spending a total of £114,225 in the process.

Elsewhere, DP Poland reported share purchases linked to two of its non-executive directors, made across a number of transactions.

The AIM-traded master franchisor for Domino’s Pizza in Poland said Pageant Holdings bought three million shares at an average price of 6.39p each.

It said Pageant Holdings, a company associated with director Peter Furlong, now held 62,398,473 shares, representing 10.06% of the firm.

Additionally, director Jeremy Dibb purchased 399,024 shares at an average price of 6.25p each.

DP Poland said after that transaction, Dibb held 752,295 of its shares, representing 0.12% of its issued capital.

The announcements came a day after DP Poland announced the proposed acquisition of All About Pizza, which trades as Domino’s Pizza in Croatia.
