Director dealings: Trident CEO picks up 40k shares, Solid State chief transfers holding

Trident Royalties announced on Wednesday that its chief executive officer Adam Davidson has purchased 40,000 shares in the company on market, at a price of 36p each.0

Following the purchase, Davidson held 222,490 shares in Trident, representing 0.08% of its voting rights.

Solid State, meanwhile, said it had been informed of dealings in shares by its chief executive officer Gary Marsh.

The specialist component supplier and manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products said Marsh had sold 1,630 shares at a price of 1,249p each, and purchased 1,630 shares into an ISA account in his name at a price of 1,251p each.

Following those transactions, Marsh's beneficial shareholding remained unchanged at 280,889 shares, representing 3.28% of its voting share capital.
